ATP100 Description
Core Purpose
The ATP100 is an external tire pressure monitoring sensor designed to work with Queclink tracking devices. It monitors tire pressure and tire temperature in real time, then sends that data to the paired tracking device over BLE for upload to the backend server. This gives users a simple way to keep watch over tire condition during daily vehicle use.
Connectivity and Communication
This sensor uses BLE in the 2.4GHz band to pass collected tire data to a Queclink tracking device. That makes it suitable for short-range wireless communication between the tire sensor and the main device without needing a wired connection. The setup supports continuous reporting of tire condition while keeping installation simple.
Monitoring
The main job of the ATP100 is to detect tire pressure and temperature changes and support real-time alerts when tire pressure becomes abnormal. It also provides a low battery alert, which helps users know when maintenance is needed. This makes the sensor useful for routine safety checks and early warning of tire-related issues.
Power
The sensor runs on a replaceable CR1632 3V 140mAh battery. The datasheet states an expected battery life of about 2 years when driving four hours per day, which helps reduce frequent maintenance. Its low current design is meant for long standby use in everyday vehicle operation.
Environmental Suitability
The ATP100 is built to operate from -40°C to 85°C, with the same storage temperature range, and supports up to 95% maximum operating humidity. It also measures pressure from 0 to 92 psi, which fits typical small-vehicle tire monitoring needs. Its compact Φ24mm × 19mm size supports easy external installation on compatible vehicles.
