FNB600-01 Description
Core Purpose
FNB600-01 is a 5G Outdoor Unit designed to convert cellular data into wired network connectivity. It enables fixed wireless access (FWA) deployments where traditional wired broadband is unavailable or difficult to install. By supporting 5G NR (SA & NSA) and LTE networks, the device allows operators and businesses to deliver high-speed internet through cellular infrastructure instead of fiber or cable.
Connectivity and Communication
The device supports 5G Sub-6 with theoretical download speeds up to 4.67Gbps and LTE fallback up to 1.6Gbps. This allows continuous connectivity even when network conditions change. Dual Nano-SIM support (1 main, 1 backup) enables automatic carrier switching for improved uptime. Frequency and cell locking functions allow network optimization in challenging coverage areas. It includes one 1G Ethernet port for direct wired connection to routers, switches, or internal networks. Bridge mode, TR069, DDNS, firewall, QoS, and traffic statistics provide flexible remote management and network control.
Wi-Fi and Local Networking
The optional Wi-Fi 6 version supports dual-band 2.4GHz and 5GHz with 2×2 MIMO. This enables wireless device connectivity directly from the ODU without additional equipment. The 5GHz 11ax link can reach up to 1.2Gbps theoretical bandwidth. MESH networking support allows multiple compatible devices to build extended wireless coverage areas.
Power and Environmental Suitability
The unit supports IEEE 802.3af/at PoE as well as 12V 1.5A DC power input, allowing flexible installation depending on infrastructure availability. It operates in temperatures from –20°C to +60°C and supports up to 95% non-condensing humidity. These specifications make it suitable for outdoor fixed wireless deployments in varied climates.
