The GV501LG is an easy-install OBD GNSS tracker with integrated Wi-Fi hotspot capability. It combines vehicle tracking, diagnostics access, and shared internet connectivity in a single plug-and-play device. Connectivity and Communication
The device operates on LTE Cat 4 networks, providing high-speed cellular connectivity. Built-in Wi-Fi AP mode allows passengers or mobile workers to share internet access directly from the vehicle. OTA support enables remote configuration, updates, and ongoing device management.
Positioning and Tracking
A u-blox all-in-one GNSS receiver provides accurate vehicle location tracking. Position data supports real-time monitoring, route history, and geo-fence alerts. This enables visibility for fleet operators and insurance providers.
Vehicle Data and Diagnostics
Through the OBDII interface, the GV501LG supports reading VIN, odometer, and diagnostic trouble codes (DTC). This data supports vehicle maintenance, health monitoring, and usage-based insurance programs. Multiple OBD protocols are supported for broad vehicle compatibility.
Monitoring and Safety Functions
