    EM400-UDL Description

    Overview

    The EM400-UDL is a non-contact ultrasonic distance sensor for liquid level and distance measurement. Standard and Pro versions with five probe options cover ranges from 25 cm to 10 m for professional indoor and outdoor applications.

    Non-Contact Ultrasonic Measurement

    Ultrasonic sensing keeps the probe unaffected by the medium, delivering accurate level data for static or slow-flowing water bodies, tanks and industrial vessels.

    Flexible Probe Options

    C050/C100 compact probes suit short-range tanks; W050/W100 wide-beam probes cover longer industrial ranges; S050 supports specialized layouts. Resolution is 1 mm across variants.

    Value-Added Monitoring

    A 3-axis accelerometer reports device tilt status while an NTC thermistor monitors temperature, alerting to sharp changes that may indicate combustion or misalignment.

    Dual Connectivity

    LoRaWAN integrates with Milesight gateways and IoT Cloud. NB-IoT/Cat.M adds cellular backhaul, cumulative reporting and GNSS asset tracking.

    Built for Harsh Sites

    IP67 sealing, conformal PCBA coating and two high-capacity batteries support up to 10 years of maintenance-free operation outdoors.
