    EM410-RDL Description

    Overview

    The EM410-RDL is a non-contact radar distance and level sensor using 60 GHz millimeter-wave technology. It measures liquids and smooth solids over 0.3 to 12 m with stable performance in dust, steam and condensate.

    Millimeter-Wave Radar

    Higher-frequency radar delivers precise targeting with an 8° emission angle, maintaining accuracy where ultrasonic sensors struggle with foam, turbulence or obstruction.

    Scenario-Based Setup

    Application modes for standard sites, rainwater wells, sewage wells and storage tanks simplify commissioning. Automated calibration adapts to each environment.

    Rugged IP68 Design

    Sealed PVDF housing withstands submersion and harsh chemicals, including seawater and brine, without routine maintenance.

    Flexible Connectivity

    LoRaWAN integrates with Milesight gateways and Development Platform. Cat.1 cellular supports TCP/UDP/MQTT/AWS for operator networks.

    Remote Configuration

    NFC and Bluetooth allow setup of hard-to-reach installations. Real-time radar echo curves aid troubleshooting in the field.
