    EM411-RDL Description

    Overview

    The EM411-RDL extends the EM41x-RDL radar platform with ATEX Zone 0 certification for intrinsically safe monitoring in explosive atmospheres. Millimeter-wave radar delivers stable level readings in aggressive chemical environments.

    ATEX Zone 0 Safety

    Built for hazardous locations, the EM411-RDL combines Zone 0 approval with corrosion-resistant PVDF and IP68 sealing to eliminate ignition risks while maintaining measurement accuracy.

    Precision Radar Measurement

    60 GHz radar with an 8° beam measures liquids and smooth solids from 0.3 to 12 m, resilient to dust, steam, condensate and surface turbulence.

    Application Scenario Modes

    Pre-configured modes for standard sites, rainwater wells, sewage wells and storage tanks speed deployment. Tilt monitoring alerts if the device is dislodged.

    Connectivity Options

    LoRaWAN backhaul integrates with Milesight gateways. Cat.1 cellular supports operator IoT platforms via TCP/UDP/MQTT/AWS.
