Overview
The VS121 is an AI workplace occupancy sensor that shows how offices are really used. It detects people across meeting rooms, open offices, and corridors so teams can plan space with confidence.
Detection
AI algorithms deliver up to 95% accuracy and filter out U-turn movement to avoid double counting. The sensor reports presence, people counts, and dwell time for each area.
Coverage
One unit covers a wide field of view with up to 16 customizable regions, so it adapts to irregular layouts. Standard mounting suits 2.5 m to 4 m ceilings, with a high-ceiling version for taller spaces.
Privacy
Detection is fully anonymous, with no personal data captured, which supports GDPR compliance. Up to 8 privacy masks let you exclude sensitive areas from analysis.
Integration
Data travels over LoRaWAN, with Milesight D2D for direct device-to-device triggering without a gateway. Standard protocols like MQTT, HTTP, and Modbus connect it to BMS and third-party platforms.
Installation
The compact ceiling-mount body sets up quickly, with Wi-Fi configuration and a Type-C connection. It draws low power and runs on a simple 5VDC supply.
