    VS321 Description

    Overview

    The VS321 is a battery-powered wireless AI occupancy sensor for offices, meeting rooms, and campuses. It detects occupancy, senses ambient light, and monitors the environment to support smart automation.

    AI Detection

    The sensor combines PIR motion sensing with an RGB camera and embedded AI to reach up to 95% accuracy. Two modes cover both regional people counting and desk-level occupancy.

    Modes

    Reporting mode runs occupancy checks at set intervals for stable daily monitoring. Detection mode uses PIR to wake the camera only on motion, saving power while keeping accuracy.

    Environment

    Built-in temperature, humidity, and light sensors add context for smarter automation. The data supports comfort, energy efficiency, and ESG reporting in the workplace.

    Power

    Four ER14505 batteries give over 10 years of life, with three modes trading report rate for longevity. Wire-free install suits retrofits in older buildings and open offices.

    Integration

    As a Milesight D2D controller, the VS321 triggers other devices such as WS smart switches without a gateway. Bluetooth setup makes deployment and maintenance fast.
