WS101 Description
Overview
The WS101 is a LoRaWAN smart button for wireless control, triggers and alarms. A single press can run a scene, control devices or send an emergency alert, making it a flexible one-touch interface for connected spaces.
Multiple Press Actions
Short, long and double press actions are all user-definable, so one button can drive several outcomes. Map presses to lighting, HVAC, scenes or notifications to match each room or workflow.
Scene and SOS Options
Choose the white scene button for everyday control or the red SOS button for panic and emergency alarms. Both share the same compact body, LED indicator and buzzer for clear feedback.
Direct Control
Milesight D2D lets the WS101 talk directly to other Milesight devices without a gateway, enabling ultra-low-latency local automation. LoRa coverage reaches up to 2 km in urban areas and 15 km in rural line of sight.
Power
A single ER14335 battery delivers up to 9.5 years of operation, so the button can be placed or carried anywhere without wiring or frequent maintenance.
Setup
One-touch NFC configuration through the Milesight ToolBox app makes setup quick. Mount it on flat surfaces with screws or 3M tape, or carry it on a lanyard.
