Core Purpose
The WT303 & WT304 is a smart fan coil thermostat built to manage room temperature in 2-pipe and 4-pipe FCU environments. It controls both the fan and valve side of the air conditioning system, helping maintain stable comfort in hotel rooms, offices, apartments, and other conditioned spaces. The device supports both manual button control and automatic logic-based operation, making it suitable for both standalone room use and centrally managed building environments.
Connectivity and Communication
A major advantage of this thermostat is its LoRaWAN connectivity, which allows room-level HVAC status to be monitored and managed remotely through compatible gateways and the Milesight platform. This makes it practical for multi-room deployments where facility teams need centralized visibility without visiting each room. Support for Milesight D2D also enables ultra-low-latency local control without requiring gateway dependency, which is especially useful for quick room response and linked automation actions.
Monitoring and Detection Capabilities
The built-in temperature and humidity sensors continuously track indoor room conditions and display them clearly on the 2.7-inch e-ink screen. For more flexible sensing, the thermostat can also use an external NTC sensor, dry contact inputs for keycard or door switches, and even external sensor data from the wider network. Features like open-window detection, freeze protection, threshold alarms, and child lock help improve both comfort control and safe day-to-day operation.
Power and Environmental Suitability
Designed for permanent wall installation, the device runs on 100–240 VAC and fits standard 60 mm, 86 mm, 118 mm, and 120 mm wall boxes, with optional wall plates for broader compatibility. Its low power consumption of under 2W helps reduce overhead in large building rollouts. The operating range of -20°C to 60°C also makes it suitable for varied indoor mechanical environments, while the compact front profile keeps the room appearance clean and modern.
Expansion and I/O Support
The WT303 & WT304 support a wide range of FCU hardware layouts, including 3-speed fans, ECM fans, relay valves, and 0–10V proportional valves. This flexibility allows the same thermostat family to be used across mixed building infrastructure without changing control logic standards. The added dry contact and sensor input support also makes it easy to connect room status accessories such as keycard switches and magnetic door contacts.

The WT303 is designed for standard 2-wire and 3-wire On/Off motorized valves, making it ideal for most hotel rooms, offices, and traditional FCU installations. The WT304 adds support for 0–10V proportional valve control, enabling smoother valve modulation, improved comfort, and higher energy efficiency in advanced HVAC and BMS-integrated projects.
