UG67 Description
Core Purpose
The UG67 is designed to act as a reliable outdoor gateway for large-scale LoRaWAN® networks. It collects data from thousands of wireless sensors and forwards it securely to cloud or local servers. This makes it suitable for wide-area monitoring and control projects.
Connectivity
The gateway supports multiple network connections, including Ethernet, Wi-Fi, and cellular, allowing flexible installation in different locations. Dual backhaul options help keep data flowing even if one connection becomes unavailable. This improves overall system reliability in outdoor environments.
Tracking
With support for long-range wireless communication, the UG67 enables consistent data collection from devices spread across large areas. Line-of-sight coverage can reach up to 15 km, reducing the number of gateways needed. This helps simplify network planning and deployment.
Monitoring
The device continuously monitors network traffic and environmental noise levels. Visual analysis tools help installers choose the best placement for stable communication. This results in more dependable performance over time.
Power
UG67 can be powered using PoE or a DC power source, giving flexibility during installation. A built-in capacitor allows the gateway to send alerts if power is suddenly lost. This helps prevent silent outages in critical systems.
I/O
The gateway supports integration with building and industrial systems using standard interfaces. This allows LoRaWAN® data to be shared with existing control platforms. As a result, wireless sensor data can be used alongside traditional equipment.
