WR100LEU Description
Core Purpose
WR100LEU is an industrial LTE CPE designed to provide stable cellular connectivity for fixed and mobile deployments. It connects equipment, networks, and remote systems to the internet through 4G LTE Cat 4, while also supporting wired and Wi-Fi connections. It is built for environments where constant connectivity matters, such as industrial automation, transportation systems, and smart infrastructure.
Connectivity and Communication
The device supports 4G LTE Cat 4 with fallback to 3G and 2G networks, helping maintain communication even when network conditions change. Dual SIM support allows automatic switching between operators for improved uptime. It includes two Ethernet ports (1 WAN/LAN, 1 LAN) for connecting routers, machines, or local networks. Wi-Fi 2.4 GHz (IEEE 802.11 b/g/n) enables wireless device access when needed. WR100LEU also supports VPN secure connections, firewall functions, NAT, and static or dynamic routing. This allows safe data transmission between remote sites and central systems.
Network Reliability and Monitoring
The router supports primary and backup links across mobile, wired, and Wi-Fi connections. Auto load balancing helps distribute traffic when configured. Connection monitoring features such as Ping Reboot and Scheduled Reboot allow the device to automatically recover from network disruptions, reducing downtime in unattended installations. Remote management is available through Web UI, SSH, SMS, and FOTA, making device configuration and updates accessible without on-site visits.
Industrial Integration
WR100LEU includes one serial port supporting RS485 or RS232, enabling integration with industrial machines, meters, and control systems. This allows legacy equipment or specialized devices to transmit operational data through the cellular network. Power and Environmental Suitability The device operates on a wide 8–32V DC input range, making it suitable for industrial power systems and vehicle installations. It supports operating temperatures from –30°C to +70°C, with storage tolerance down to –40°C and up to +80°C. Its compact 90mm × 90mm × 24mm size allows installation in tight control cabinets or equipment enclosures.
