WRL300 Description
Core Purpose
The WRL300 is a BLE 5.1 relay made to control external signals through a compatible Queclink tracker with a BLE interface. In simple terms, it acts as a small wireless switching accessory that lets the tracker trigger relay-based actions without a direct wired control link.
It is positioned for access control use, especially in vehicles, motorcycles, and buildings. That makes it suitable for cases where a secure open or close action needs to be triggered remotely through the tracker system.
Connectivity and Communication
Its main communication method is BLE 5.1, which gives it a short-range wireless link to the host tracker. This allows the relay to be placed where it is needed while still being controlled through the tracker’s BLE interface.
The datasheet also states a transmission range of up to 80 meters in open field conditions. In practice, this supports flexible installation for local wireless control where some distance is needed between the tracker and the relay point.
Power and Environmental Suitability
The WRL300 supports an 8–32V DC operating range, which makes it suitable for different low-voltage power environments commonly found in vehicles and related access systems. This wide input range helps it fit into varied installation setups without requiring a narrow power condition.
For physical use, it has an IP64 rating and operates from -40°C to +85°C. That means it is designed to handle dust exposure, water splashes, and demanding temperature conditions better than a basic indoor-only accessory.
Expansion and I/O Support
This product is centered on relay-based switching of external signals rather than broad I/O expansion. Its role is focused and practical: receive a BLE control command from the tracker, then switch the connected external circuit.
The electrical ratings show that it can handle up to 6A switching current, with maximum switch voltage up to 400VAC or 125VDC. These figures define the kind of external loads it is intended to control and help installers match it to the right application.
