What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and tags. They can keep a page working, remember a choice, or measure how the site is used.

How we ask

On your first visit the cookie banner opens until you choose Accept all, Reject non-essential, or save a custom choice. Reject is as available as Accept. Nothing optional is pre-ticked. Analytics scripts do not load until you accept them.

Your choice is stored for 12 months. You can open Cookie settings at any time from the footer, from this page, or at https://easynt.com/cookie-policy/. If we change the categories we will ask again.

Quote and contact forms are not cookies. When you submit a form we use the details you typed to answer that enquiry, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Strictly necessary

These are required for the site to work or to remember the choice you just made. They do not need consent under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations.

Cloudflare (hosting and security). The host may set a small number of cookies or similar signals to deliver the pages securely, balance traffic and resist abuse.

Quote list (local storage, not a cookie). If you add a model to the quote list, the list is stored in your browser under easynet.quote.v1. It stays on your device so you can come back to it. It is not sent to us until you submit an enquiry. Clearing site data deletes it.

Consent record (easynet_consent, 12 months). Stores whether you accepted or rejected analytics, so we do not ask on every page load. A copy is also kept in local storage under easynet.consent.v1.

Analytics (consent required)

If you accept analytics we load Google Analytics 4, supplied by Google Ireland Limited. It helps us see which pages are used. It does not run, and its cookies are not set, until you accept.

Typical cookies include _ga and _ga_* . They last up to 13 months, or until you withdraw consent. Measurement data in Google Analytics is kept for up to 14 months.

What this website does not use

We do not use advertising, remarketing or social-media tracking cookies. We do not use a marketing tag manager.

Google Search Console does not set cookies on this website. Ownership of the site is verified by a DNS record and a matching tag in the HTML, not by a cookie.

How to change your mind

Use Cookie settings in the footer, or the button at the top of this page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser. If you block essential cookies the site may not load correctly. Deleting local storage clears your quote list and your stored consent (the banner will open again).

Browser help: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge – use the privacy or cookies section in settings. On a company-managed device your IT team may control this for you.

If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal and you have not already made a choice, we treat that as a rejection of analytics.

Changes

Any change will be posted on this page with a new date at the top. The current version is dated 6 November 2026.
