This Privacy Policy explains how UAB EasyNet Technologies (“EasyNet Technologies”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit https://easynt.com/, contact us, or request a quote.
It covers the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and, where we deal with people in the United Kingdom, the UK GDPR.
Who is responsible
The controller of personal data processed through this website is:
UAB EasyNet Technologies, company code 306755852, VAT LT100017217417, Konstitucijos ave. 15, TOWER Business Centre, Vilnius, Lithuania.
Email: [email protected]. Telephone: +370 655 51654.
We also have a United Kingdom branch at Manbre Wharf, Manbre Road, London, United Kingdom ([email protected], +44 7425 726932). The UK office is a contact point for customers in the United Kingdom.
Whose data we process
This website is for business customers: buyers, engineers, integrators and other people acting for a company. We process data about the people who visit the site or write to us, not about consumers shopping as private individuals.
What we collect
The categories below are the ones this website and our enquiry process actually use today.
Identity and work contact details. Name, company name, work email, telephone number and delivery market, when you type them into a form or put them in an email.
Enquiry content. The models and quantities on your quote list, the text of your requirements, and any files or specifications you send us by email.
Quote list stored in your browser. If you add models to the quote list, those items stay in your browser’s local storage so the list is still there when you come back. That list is not sent to us until you submit an enquiry.
Technical data. Standard server and hosting logs may include IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time, and a similar technical record. Our host is Cloudflare.
Cookies and similar technologies. See the Cookie Policy for names, duration and how to change your choice. Google Analytics 4 runs only if you accept it.
Usage analytics (only with consent). If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, and device and browser type. It does not run until you accept. You can reject it or change your mind from Cookie settings.
How we collect it
We collect data when you fill in the quote or contact form, email [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected], telephone us, or browse the site. We do not buy marketing lists for this website.
Why we use it, and the legal basis
We only use personal data where we have a legal basis.
To answer a quote or technical enquiry (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f)). Handling a request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in serving a business customer.
To supply products or support an order (Art. 6(1)(b)). Where we already have a contract with you or your company.
To keep the website available and secure (Art. 6(1)(f)). Hosting, security, abuse prevention and basic fault-finding.
To meet legal duties (Art. 6(1)(c)). Accounting, tax, product-safety and similar Lithuanian or EU obligations, and UK duties where they apply.
Website analytics (Art. 6(1)(a)). Google Analytics runs only if you consent through the cookie banner. You can withdraw that consent at any time from Cookie settings. Withdrawing does not affect the lawfulness of processing before you withdrew.
Marketing (Art. 6(1)(a)). We do not add you to a marketing list just because you asked for a quote. If we ever send marketing email, we will do so only with consent, or where Lithuanian and EU B2B rules allow, and you can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only where needed to run the business:
- Our own staff in Lithuania and the United Kingdom who handle sales, support and operations
- The hosting and security provider for this website (Cloudflare)
- Email and office tools we use to receive and answer enquiries
- Google Ireland Limited (and Google LLC in the United States), only if you have accepted analytics cookies, so that Google Analytics can measure use of the website
- Manufacturers or logistics partners, when that is required to check stock, lead time, configuration or delivery of a specific request
- Professional advisers and public authorities, where the law requires it
Those parties may only use the data to provide their service to us or to meet their own legal duties.
Transfers outside the EEA or UK
Cloudflare, Google Analytics (if you have accepted analytics cookies) and some email or office tools may process data outside the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. Where that happens we rely on an adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses (or the UK equivalent). Ask us if you want more detail about a specific transfer.
How long we keep it
We keep data only as long as we need it for the purpose, then delete or anonymise it.
Quote list in the browser. Until you clear the list or your browser storage.
Enquiries and correspondence. For as long as we need them to handle the request, and up to three years after the last contact, unless a longer period is required for an order, a dispute or the law.
Accounting and tax records. For the period required by Lithuanian law (typically ten years for accounting documents).
Hosting and security logs. For a short operational period set by the host, usually days or a few months, unless we must keep a record of an incident.
Analytics. If you accepted analytics cookies, Google Analytics keeps measurement data for up to 14 months, or until you withdraw consent, whichever is earlier.
Security
We use HTTPS, access controls and a limited set of staff who can see enquiry mail. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If we become aware of a breach that must be notified, we will do so as required by GDPR.
Your rights
You may ask us to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete data, where the law allows
- Restrict or object to certain processing, including processing based on legitimate interests
- Receive data you gave us in a portable form, where that right applies
- Withdraw consent, where we rely on consent – this does not affect processing already carried out
Write to [email protected]. We may need to confirm who you are before we act. We will answer within one month, or tell you if we need more time.
Complaints
Please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
