These terms apply when you use https://easynt.com/ or request a quote from UAB EasyNet Technologies. By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Who we are
The website is operated by UAB EasyNet Technologies, company code 306755852, VAT LT100017217417, Konstitucijos ave. 15, TOWER Business Centre, Vilnius, Lithuania. Email: [email protected].
We supply industrial IoT hardware to business customers in Europe and the United Kingdom. We also have a UK branch at Manbre Wharf, Manbre Road, London ([email protected]).
Business use
The website and our catalogue are for business customers. They are not a consumer shop. If you are acting for a company, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
The catalogue is not an offer
Product pages, specifications, images and stock indications are information to help you choose equipment. They are not a binding offer to sell. Prices are given on request. Availability, lead time, certifications and the exact regional order code are confirmed by our team for each enquiry.
Manufacturer data can change. We may correct errors. Where a specification is critical to your project, confirm it with us in writing before you order.
Quotes and orders
There is no online checkout on this website. Adding items to a quote list and sending an enquiry does not create a contract and does not reserve stock.
A contract is formed only when we accept an order in writing (including email) on agreed commercial terms: models, quantities, price, delivery, Incoterms where relevant, and payment. Until then, either side may stop without liability for the unaccepted request.
Delivery, returns, warranty and manufacturer support follow the written order terms and the manufacturer’s terms for that product. Those terms are not replaced by this page.
Use of the website
You may use the site to browse the catalogue, read technical material and send a business enquiry. You must not:
- Use the site for anything unlawful, or to harm our systems, customers or reputation
- Scrape, copy or republish the catalogue or content except as allowed below
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or related systems
- Introduce malware or overload the service
Intellectual property
The site design, text, structure and our own materials belong to EasyNet Technologies or our licensors. Manufacturer names, logos, product images and datasheets belong to those manufacturers.
We grant you a limited, revocable licence to access the site and to use the content for your own internal business evaluation of our products. That is not a licence for personal consumer use, and it is not a licence to copy the catalogue for resale, training products or another public website.
Any other use needs our prior written consent, or the manufacturer’s consent where the rights are theirs.
Enquiries you send us
When you send a quote request, email or other message, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use that content solely to handle the enquiry, prepare a quote, fulfil an order and keep the records we need. We do not publish your enquiry as public website content.
No warranty for the website
The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Product pages may be incomplete while the catalogue is updated.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Lithuanian law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the website or from reliance on catalogue information.
For the website itself our aggregate liability is limited to EUR 100. Liability for a confirmed product order is set by that order, not by this page.
Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Vilnius have jurisdiction, unless a mandatory rule gives you the right to sue or be sued in another place – for example a rule that protects a UK customer and cannot be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms. The new version applies from the date it is posted on this page. The current version is dated 7 October 2026. Continued use of the site after a change is acceptance of the new terms.
