Overview
The FGV100 is an AI-powered video processing device designed for intelligent surveillance environments. It connects IP cameras, processes video streams locally, and runs AI detection algorithms to identify events and objects in real time. This allows organisations to monitor facilities, infrastructure, and operational areas without relying entirely on remote cloud processing. The device combines video management, AI analysis, and network connectivity in a single industrial platform. Its design allows businesses to build scalable monitoring systems that can automatically analyse video feeds and generate alerts when important events occur.
The unit supports both 5G NR and 4G LTE cellular networks, allowing surveillance systems to stay connected even in locations without fixed internet infrastructure. This makes the device suitable for remote sites, mobile deployments, or temporary monitoring installations. For local networking, the device includes 1 Gigabit WAN port and 4 LAN ports, which can power cameras through PoE (802.3af/at) depending on the model. This allows cameras and sensors to connect directly to the video box, simplifying installation and reducing additional equipment requirements. Dual-SIM capability helps maintain connectivity by allowing automatic switching between mobile networks when needed. This improves uptime for security systems that must remain online continuously.
The FGV100 processes and analyses multiple video streams simultaneously. It supports 4 channels of 1080p video at 30 fps for input, decoding, encoding, and forwarding. This allows the device to receive video from several cameras and perform analysis locally. AI algorithms running on the system can detect motion, identify people or vehicles, recognise license plates, and detect safety events such as missing helmets or masks. The device can also identify abnormal situations such as objects left behind or restricted area intrusions. These AI capabilities allow organisations to move from passive surveillance to automated monitoring. Instead of manually watching video feeds, the system can automatically highlight events that require attention.
The AI engine supports several detection functions designed for operational monitoring and safety compliance. These include motion detection, cross-line detection, and area intrusion monitoring. Such capabilities help identify unauthorised access or unusual activity in monitored zones. Advanced recognition algorithms allow the system to identify people, vehicles, and license plates. The platform also supports detection scenarios such as passenger flow analysis, water level monitoring, and object tracking for industry-specific deployments. Algorithm management functions allow configuration of AI tasks for different camera channels. This means each connected camera can run a specific detection rule depending on the monitoring requirement.
The device is designed for industrial environments where reliability and durability are important. It operates from a 9 – 36 V DC wide-range power input, allowing integration with different power systems commonly used in industrial or field deployments. The enclosure uses a metal housing with IP30 protection, providing durability and electrical isolation for system safety. The device also includes built-in protections such as electromagnetic isolation for Ethernet interfaces and ESD protection for SIM interfaces. With an operating temperature range of –35 °C to 75 °C, the system can run reliably in outdoor cabinets, industrial control rooms, or transportation infrastructure environments where temperatures can vary widely.
The FGV100 provides multiple interfaces that allow integration with industrial equipment and monitoring systems. It includes RS232 and RS485 serial ports, which are commonly used to connect sensors, controllers, and legacy equipment. Digital input and output channels allow the device to receive signals from external sensors or trigger alarms and control systems. This enables the video platform to interact with other operational equipment such as access control systems, alarms, or industrial monitoring devices. Additional interfaces such as USB 3.0, USB 2.0, SATA storage, and MicroSD support up to 256 GB allow expansion for local data storage and peripheral connectivity.

Applications
Municipal surveillance systems can use the FGV100 to monitor public areas such as streets, intersections, and transportation hubs. AI features like motion detection, license plate recognition, and intrusion detection help city operators identify security incidents and traffic events more quickly.
Transportation authorities can deploy the system at bus terminals, railway stations, and roadside monitoring points. With support for multiple cameras and AI-based detection, the device can help monitor vehicle movement, detect abnormal events, and support traffic enforcement systems.
Factories and industrial sites can use the AI video box to monitor restricted areas and safety conditions. Features such as helmet detection, intrusion detection, and human-vehicle recognition help improve worker safety and ensure compliance with operational policies.
Warehouses and logistics centres benefit from automated monitoring of loading areas and storage zones. AI detection can help track movement, detect unauthorised access, and monitor activity around critical storage areas.
Utility companies and infrastructure operators can deploy the device at remote installations such as substations, water facilities, and pumping stations. Cellular connectivity and local AI analysis allow these sites to remain monitored even in locations without traditional broadband connectivity.
