 Core Purpose
The CV200XEU is an intelligent LTE dash camera designed for vehicle monitoring, driver safety management, and telematics-based fleet operations. It combines high-definition video recording with vehicle data collection to provide clear evidence during incidents or operational events.
The system captures Full HD 1920 × 1080 video from the front camera while simultaneously recording information such as vehicle speed, GPS coordinates, and motion data from internal sensors. This combination allows operators to review both the visual and operational context of driving events.
Connectivity and Communication
The device uses LTE Cat 6 cellular connectivity, supporting data speeds up to 50 Mbps uplink and 300 Mbps downlink. This enables live video streaming, remote device communication, and rapid uploading of important recordings without needing to physically access the vehicle.
Local connectivity is supported through Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) and Bluetooth 4.2 + BLE. These wireless options allow configuration, maintenance, and connection to nearby accessories or sensors when required.
Positioning and Tracking
The CV200XEU includes an integrated GNSS receiver that provides real-time vehicle positioning with accuracy of less than 3 meters. This allows every video recording to be associated with precise geographic coordinates.
Location tracking helps fleet operators analyze routes, monitor vehicle movements, and quickly identify where incidents occurred. When a driving event happens, the video footage can be linked directly to its exact time and location.
Monitoring and Detection Capabilities
The device combines video evidence with motion detection to monitor driving conditions. It includes a 3-axis G-sensor and a 3-axis gyroscope that detect sudden acceleration, braking, or impacts.
Optional AI features such as ADAS and DMS enhance driver monitoring. These systems analyze road conditions and driver behavior to help detect risky actions and provide in-cabin alerts when safety risks appear.
Important recordings can be automatically uploaded to the server, ensuring that critical footage is preserved for investigation or incident reporting.
Video Recording and Storage
Video is recorded in Full HD resolution and encoded using H.265 or H.264 formats to balance image quality with storage efficiency.
The system stores recordings on a Micro SD card with capacity up to 256 GB. Continuous loop recording ensures the camera always captures footage, automatically overwriting older files when storage becomes full.
Power and Environmental Suitability
The camera operates on vehicle power systems using a wide 8–32 V DC input range, making it compatible with most commercial and passenger vehicles.
It supports operating temperatures from −20 °C to +70 °C and includes a built-in rechargeable battery. This allows the device to safely complete recordings or maintain operation during short power interruptions.
Expansion and I/O Support
The CV200XEU supports additional cameras and vehicle integration through several hardware interfaces. These include RS232 communication, digital input/output ports, and a dedicated connector for a secondary camera.
Optional cameras can provide interior monitoring, cargo monitoring, or rear-view coverage. This makes the device adaptable for different vehicle monitoring requirements.
