Built for long-life assets
The GL551MG-7A00 is a rugged, waterproof GNSS tracker for asset-tracking work that needs reliable location over long deployments. It combines dual-band GNSS with Cell-ID positioning and Wi-Fi fallback so coverage holds indoors and out.
Three user-replaceable AA batteries use a standard cell size, so a field swap does not need a special pack. The datasheet rates standby at under 10 µA, with about ten years at one report a day in Wi-Fi, BLE and sensor off mode.
Radio and interfaces
The tracker runs on LTE Cat M1, NB1 and NB2. BLE 5.4 is a gateway for a beacon, temperature sensor or door sensor, and 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi scanning supports indoor positioning or a mode switch. A built-in Micro USB port is used for configuration and debugging.
Internal cellular, GNSS and BLE antennas sit in an IP67 case of 117.65 × 75 × 30.15 mm. CELL and GNSS LEDs show status, and a power key turns the unit on or off.

Trailer tracking
Reports a trailer on a schedule, with geo-fences of up to five regions and a motion alarm from the 3-axis accelerometer. Replaceable AA cells avoid a return to base for a battery change.
